Veritus covers the entire loan lifecycle - origination, servicing, recovery - and we had 60 seconds to show all of it. The challenge was finding a visual language for a voice product. Compliance checks firing before a call connects. A live negotiation playing out in real time. Payment taken mid-conversation. So we built the video as a single call followed end to end. You see the agent think. You see the logic behind every decision. Then a pull back to reveal the scale, before punching back in on the post-call QA review.
